Ticket Tab Windows
The following tab windows appear on the following tickets:
Tab Name | Description |

This tab records the initial customer requests and issues. When first speaking with customers, you often start here by entering information about what they need. |

This tab contains the customer, vehicle, parts, and labor information. When you create or open a ticket, the Parts/Labor tab appears first. NOTE: This is the default tab. You can change this to the Service Request tab in Configuration. |

This tab shows how the ticket calculated pricing, discounts, fees, subtotals, and totals. |

This tab displays customer and vehicle notes, allows you to edit those notes, and enter notes specific to the ticket. |

This tab displays miscellaneous information and provides access to various functionality such as allowing you to manually change the Status. |

This tab stores images, documents, and attachments for the ticket. NOTE: This tab is available only if you are using R.O. Writer image support and/or ALLDATA Bookmarks. |
Parts-only tickets include only the following tabs:
- Parts - A modified version of the Parts/Labor tab.
- Notes - The Notes tab without the Vehicle notes section.
- Calculations
- Other Information
