Texting Customers

You can text customers directly from the R.O. Writer main window without having to use a third-party application outside of R.O. Writer.

You can

• Text one customer from one estimate or repair order
• Text one customer from a list of customers
• Attach images and PDFs
• Search for all previous text conversations with each customer

Before your shop can text a customer, your shop must do the following:

1. Enroll in the R.O. Writer texting program
2. Register your shop’s texting phone number
3. Configure the texting settings in R.O. Writer Configuration
4. Obtain written consent from that customer
