ACDelco WISEConnect
R.O. Writer integrates with ACDelco to provide you access to their WISEConnect online parts catalog.

Configuring WISEConnect
In order for WISEConnect to be an option in the Quick Launch, you need to select it in the Configuration module under File menu > General Options > Catalogs section > WISEConnect > click OK.
You need to configure the supplier that uses WISEConnect; see Setting up a WISEConnect Supplier. After the interface is configured, you can order parts from the supplier in:
Setting up Pricing Options
An estimate or repair order must be open in order to access the WISEConnect catalog in the Quick Launch.
The ACDelco WISEConnect internet based parts catalog will appear. Set up your pricing options by clicking the 
button in the top right hand corner.
These options control the price that gets posted to the repair order or estimate.

List Price |
Posts the Sell Price shown in the catalog. |

The Sell Price shown in the catalog is increased by the percentage entered in the Markup Percent window. |

The Your Price shown in the catalog (your cost) is increased by the percentage entered in the Markup Percent window. |

The system uses the Price Matrix set up for the ACDelco supplier. |
|
|
The system uses the cost plus multiplier set up for the selected parts department. |

Apply Pricing Options to Supplier List Price in Grid |
Selecting this option will show the price in the posting screen that is calculated using the above pricing options and posted to the repair order or estimate. This is helpful to see the price that will be used before actually posting the parts.

Replace Part Price if Downloaded Price is Greater than Existing Price |
Selecting this option to use the Sell price shown in the catalog if it is greater than the calculated price. |

Only Replace Part Price if Existing Part Price is Zero |
The system uses the Sell price shown in the catalog only if the calculated price is 0.00. |
