Labor Reports by Pay Date
There are two reports that show labor information by Pay Date:
- Labor Summary by Pay Date
- Labor Detail by Pay Date
These reports are the same as the Labor Summary Report and the Labor Detail Report with the following differences:
- Labor operations on both open and closed repair orders are included in the by pay date reports.

These reports show the labor information by pay date, which appears on the Editing Labor Window.
- The Pay Date is the date the Finished box is checked and saved (when OK is clicked) on the Editing Labor window.
Please note the following:
- These reports do NOT include sublet labor - see Sublet Summary Report and the Sublet Detail Report.
- If the Charge, Package Discounts, Coupon, Total and % columns are $0.00, that means the include charges on labor reports option on the Sales Report window was not checked.
